And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
The fastest, most athletic cowdog I've ever been partnered with was a female Border Collie/Kelpie cross. The stories I could tell you about her would blow your mind. Some of her exploits blew my cousin and my minds, several times. We'd often stand there looking at each other, shaking our heads in disbelief. Not Good Times, but Great Times.
Lady who has passed awhile back raised them, me too, just blown away with what thise border collies are capable, how they understand human speech so well, she raised sheep and sold their meat, turn them out into her apple orchard along the road, to fatten them up, spectacular spring lamb, she only sold the whole lamb, all butchered and wrapped, mostly boned, lamb so good it almost tasted like fine beef, and those collies had those sheep trained to a capitol T.
