And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I learned how to drive in a F100 with a 300 strait 6, 3 on the tree, and a 4:35 rear member. In the hayfield it could not be stalled from a dead stop by dumping the clutch.
After owning a manual shift vehicle since 1969, I purchased a Toyota Tacoma with an automatic transmission. Why? Because trying to find a previously owned truck with a 6-cylinder 3.5-liter engine and a stick shift is almost impossible.
Very nice, but the real classic arts would be a 4-speed
