  1. Definitely a custom fit case there. I can't make out the guitar brand.

  3. Lot of knobs you got going there. What are they all for?

    1. Individual controls for each pickup.

    2. Two pickups & six knobs? Silly. Unplayable and probably impossible to keep in tune, especially with that whammy bar. Makes for a nice wall hanging though...

    3. You don't seem to know much about guitars.

National Glenwood Model 99 made in Chicago in 1962 - Snow White
      $4,837.45

Each pickup has its own tone and volume controls mounted above and below the string line, with a three-way selector on the upper bout. The sound of the magnetic units is quite powerful with typical National/Supro raunch, while the “Silversound” bridge pickup offers a very different tonality.

It is owned by a member of a high profile Aussie band, and has been set up & maintained by a professional support crew.

    4. What's the rate of inflation since 1962? There has been about 922.49% total inflation since 1962. For example, $4,837 in 1962 is worth about 49,458 in today's dollars.

    5. So what's with the "above and below the string line"? Please explain.

Here's a link to a Seafoam Blue version. What a beaut. Good details on construction.

Usually see those in red, like Bo Diddley's. Got the 'Gumby' headstock.

Dave - He's just saying that the top 3 round controls control the neck P/U and the bottom's control the rear (bridge) P/U. Bass, Treble Volume most likely. Body is fiberglass. May have some pine blocks/strips acting like rebar underneath the fiberglass.
That $4k is current approximate value. A fair number have been made. Isn't there a Silvertone-branded version? Or am I thinking of Danelectro?
