The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? According to Googley Eyes the movie is "Naked Weapon" with a 6'2" 114lb assassin named Fiona Birch, if the brief description I found can be believed. Based on the length of the weapon I'd say she's more like 5'6" or 5'7" and very slim. Googling Fiona Birch didn't really turn up more info that made sense based on the GIF/Movie.
