To an uneducated or unskilled person, yes, it might appear 'stupid.' However, shooting on the move (in any direction) is required training for many LEOs and Elite Forces teams around the world- it's an acquired skill (like accurately dual-wielding pistols) that can save many lives, especially your own. That type of training is available to citizens at places like Constellis- previously known as Academi, or Blackwater when I attended it. It's not for the lazy, out-of-shape, or the feint of heart.
Shooting on the move and Shoot and Scoot require one important thing that this POG obviously will never master nor have. Situational awareness at all times.
