And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Zebco reel and a Scotsman trailer equals fishing success
My first fishing pole was a Zebco with a 202 reel. Caught a ton of panfish, bass, and bullheads with it. A tried and true worm dunker's fishing pole. I still a couple of old Zebco combos down the basement for the grandkids' use.
I used a Zebco to pull a lot of Rainbows out of my uncle’s pond in the 60’s. I also had a hoodie like that in the 60’s. Wish I had that car - very funky if not exactly cool.
The Zeb was a step up from cane poles, then came the open-faced reels the men used to catch bass with Rebel lures. Good times. Still have Dad's dip net.
Zebco. Tulsa Oklahoma. Originally Zero Hour Bomb company. War ended and started making fishing reels. Now made mostly in china I think. Old post but just in case someone else goes historical to catch up.
