When I was a kid my whole family learn to make sushi. Many years later it was funny to see the college students from Japan I hosted amazed I make sushi better than them. One Japanese kid I taught how. Very funny. Every one of them still good friends. Great people.

I tell you, nothing better catch own tuna, filet, pop in the mouth with fresh made wasabi. Seriously, no can die until you catch big tuna. Like taking 12 pt buck, I guess.
