Your Good News of the Day: The 9th Circuit rules that the ban on possession of magazines that hold more than ten rounds of ammunition violates the 2nd Amendment.

However, there will be an appeal by the non-American California Secretary of State, and whether the decision stands will depend on which judges here it.

At least it won't go to a Hawaiian court.

But for sure it is a win for individual rights.

  3. I'm certain a petition for en banc review will be filed. Most likely it will be several years. Until then permission for rights will be required but not given. Screw 'em side ways with a cactus.

    1. Along with the petition for an en banc review, I'm certain there will be a request for an injunction to prevent the ruling from taking effect.

(Can't let the peasants go buying those nuclear magazines in the meantime and not have Armageddon in the streets, thus proving the ban was bogus.)

  4. Remember those 110 federal judge appointments? This is what happens when the President quietly fills the existing vacancies on the appellate level with real judges and not Social Just-us Warriors. I didn't think we would see this significant a change this quickly!!Go Trump.
