And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Breakfast Blogging
Eggs, hash browns, tomatoes from the garden, and a healthy dose of Red Clay Hot Sauce, all cooked in the nearly 100 year old Griswold skillet.
Made buttermilk biscuits in my Griswold this morning. Fed the first one to the dog, waited 5 minutes for signs of food poisoning, then I had one with butter and pomegranate jelly... yummy!
I'm gonna be fondling my Griswold later with a batch of big bluegill the kids caught yesterday.
