Great Gear, Not So Great Driving

  2. Looks like the buggy next to it ain't in much better shape. Silica sand is almost spherical and packs nice and hard, but coquina - shell fragments - is a lot less dense and more angular, and doesn't pack worth a damn. Time to air'em down to about 10 psi and dig a nice gentle ramp and ease out on a nice gentle touch of gas.

  4. Been noticing a lot of folks with nice rigs who can't drive for beans off road.

I see people getting stuck in nice 4WD rigs in places even a basic 4WD and some 2WD rigs wouldn't get stuck if they knew what they were doing.

Maybe I should start an off road driving school?

    1. I wonder if the driver knows what the shiny cylindrical thing on the front, with the wire wrapped around it, is for.
