A turkey hunter in a tree stand gets a sniff over from a black bear.

The two word commentary at the end is priceless.

I think I would have spoken to the bear once he began climbing the tree.  He was simply curious, and didn't recognize that there was a person way up in the branches.  At the point that he is right on top of you like that, the stakes are a bit higher, although even then the bruin would likely still back down the tree once he realized who was up there with him.
