Homeland security is on the ball

The kid flew in from the Pacific Northwest yesterday.  He forgot he had this in his backpack.  He breezed through security without a problem.  I guess pocketknives are ok to bring on airplanes now.

  1. TSA missed 95% of weapons and bombs in independent testing. I'd just chalk it up to that.

    1. When this security was first implemented, I had a smaller pocketknife in the pocket of pants in my carry on bag, and they found it and took it away from me. Now I guess their standards are much more relaxed.
