Interesting animal facts

Like many other animals, bears will try to find a job to support its family in the wild. However not all jobs are suitable for bears. This particular ice cream truck’s sales decreased by a whopping 87.5% after employing Barney the Bear.

Suddenly Whiskers realized he shouldn't drop so much catnip bought from a sketchy tabby at a Grateful Dead concert

Kung Fu madness

Back in the day all us 15 year old boys ate this stuff up.

However, this is more like the reality:

Learn something new everyday

Which is reassuring, since I'm sure I've absentmindedly eaten one or two over the years.

Why do some auroras pulsate? No one is sure. Although this unusual behavior has been known for a long time, the cause remains an active topic of research. Featured here is a dramatic video that captured some impressive pulsating auroras in mid-March over Svínafellsjökull Glacier in Iceland. The 48-second video is shown is not time-lapse. The real-time pulsations are exemplified by sequences where the astrophotographer is visible moving about in the foreground. A close inspection of the enigmatic flickering sky colors reveals that some structures appear to repeat, while others do not. The quick rapidity of the pulsations seen here is somewhat unusual -- more common are aurora with pulsations that last several seconds. Recent research shows that pulsations are more common in electron-generated aurora, rather than proton aurora, and that the Earth's local magnetic field may fluctuate in unison.

Was that a rat that just jumped off your head?

Let it go, dude.  You look better without your furry friend.

Arnold's love child graduates from high school

Arnold Schwarzenegger's love child Joseph Baena also needs a haircut.

The apple doesn't fall far from the tree.

It only came to light that the 67-year-old had fathered a love child with his maid, Patty Baena in 2011, when Maria, his glamorous wife, ended their marriage and moved out of their home following 25 years of what everyone had assumed was a happy pairing.

The Terminator star himself was unaware he was Joseph’s father for many years, and told 60 minutes that it wasn’t until the boy 'started looking like me, that's when I kind of got it. I put things together'.  Riiiggghhht.  You put it together when you poked the maid, you ditz.

Arnold and Maria have four legitimate children - Katherine, 24, Christina, 23, Patrick, 21, and Christopher, 17, who was born just five days before his half-brother. Let's all admit it, Arnold is just a roaring, fornicating beast.

Schwarzenegger and Shriver are said to be in the final stages of their divorce proceedings as they work out how to divide their $400million net worth. Hey, I'll take some if you have any extra!

Meanwhile, the best of luck to young Joseph, who deserves his share of that 400 million dollar fortune!

Bernie Sanders - I can't believe this proponent of Socialism gets any attention at all.

We already know he hates it that we have choices in deodorant (or really in anything. He'd prefer it if we just had one state approved and manufactured choice in all things.)  Maybe he should run for office in the worker's paradise of Cuba, or Venezuela.

That sudden stop! Ouch!

Let's all shout that I am poor, different and on welfare, but I am somebody

The best part of this performance is how obvious it is that the Asian kids are not buying this foolishness.  Repetitive chanting of silly pablum is not part of their culture.

Americans get some unusual appreciation from the Indians (dot).

Witness America’s challenging of China in the South China Sea, which, by the way, is a giant favour being done — for free — to Japan, Korea, Vietnam, the Philippines,Singapore, Thailand, Brunei, Taiwan, Indonesia, and, yes, India.

China is the anti-America: its political assertions are based entirely on what’s in China’s national and material interest, with not an underlying iota of universal principle in play. It is monumentally selfish. With breathtaking illegality, China is building artificial islands on reefs in the South China Sea so as to widen its zones of maritime monopoly. All of this is in violation of international law, but does Beijing care? Silly question!

America cares. And we should be grateful that it cares. Yes, it’s asserting its own might by sailing naval vessels into waters that China wishes to sinicize, and it is buzzing Chinese installations with its aircraft. Yet these aren’t assertions merely of American heft. They are statements of law, and lawfulness, and assertions of rights: not just American rights, but rights that all nations have, including India, to freedom of navigation, and to protection from forcible seizure by one State of large chunks of the global commons.

Thanks, guys. It's nice to see that the efforts made are seen, properly, as a benefit to all.
