And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
#3 is a real car, a replica of the Jaguar XJ13. The original XJ13 has a rectangular Jaguar emblem. #4 is an Alfa Romeo Disco Volante a rare hand made car from about 10 years ago. IIRC only a dozen were going to be built by Touring on an 8C chassis. The other three are AI or photoshop, close to the real thing but flawed. Al_in_Ottawa
Several nice automotive designs came out in ‘66. That XJ13 and the funny color P400 Muria that was posted here a few days ago are two examples. 60 years go by quickly.
