And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
You can keep your lobsters, shrimps and most of the fish stuff. I only go for Oysters, Octopus, calamari, tuna, picuda (from the family of the barracuda, in the Atlantic off the coast of Cameroon, & Nigeria, as yet untouched by what makes the barracuda sick - saguatera?) and cod, with the exception of the Pejerrey (unavailable in USA, an exceptional fish, about 10-12 inches long, with a soft but firm flesh; it is a fish of a lake in yhe province of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
I was up in Maine a few years back and fresh steamed lobster was not too bad ($5-$6) by the pound at the local grocery store (Hannaford ). I liked it when I could afford it.
Maine Lobster Festival is coming up in a few weeks! Usually the end of July / beginning of August. There is nothing like fresh lobster, steamed over a little fire on the beach.
More good eating.
