  1. I bought my first motorcycle in the summer of 1982. When I showed it to my grandpa, he begins telling me about the motorcycles he had prior to WW2. They included three Harleys and one Indian 4-cylinder. I had never heard him speak about them so, I was a little shocked, having never heard those stories. And he had no pictures of any of those bikes. He died of pancreatic cancer the following year so, that chapter of family history is annotated in a short conversation. I was a young Airman then and didn't have many more chances to visit him because of geography.

  2. My uncle said they opened a crate during WWII and got a motorcycle out. He told me he rode it but " It fell over". Haha
