  1. White gas or Coleman fuel or an adapter for propane? It didn't take long for the propane adapter to become my favorite.

  2. My Dad bought an adapter that replaced the pump with a device that held a CO2 cartridge to pressurize the tank. This was ~ 60 years ago. I think I still have it somewhere.

  4. For this 75 year old guy, looking at that picture brings back fond memories of camping with Dad. The only difference being that the car in the background isn't a a '53 Merc
    I love you, Dad. You gave me memories that still live with me almost 70 years later.

  5. We used the green 'suitcase' to cook at the cabin, resting on the kitchen table. Out in the woods, we used the single burner (Sportster ?) for packing conveinence.

  7. I gotta hit the woods ! I can almost smell the white gas and hear the hiss of the burners ! throw in a couple Colman lanterns and you are ready for an adventure in the campground!
