And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? Not a skater but did once attempt a long hill. When I got the death wobble I was able to bail into a suburban lawn without lacerations. My form was atrocious.
A kid went under a pickup on a skateboard in Odessa. The guy driving was an absolute Jakkass I went to school with. I heard it absolutely wrecked him. If something like that is so destructive to someone who had no problem with being cruel and mean as a kid, I can't imagine what it would do to a normal, empathetic person.
