And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Five weeks ago I jumped from a small boat in the Maldives and immediately had to tuck up my legs so a whale shark could pass under me. Thrilling experience. Was very glad I already had my mask on and the GoPro running..... another point to scratch from the bucket list :-)

ReplyDeleteMaldives diving is great. Saw one whale shark, couple tigers, couple hammer heads and gobs of harmless lemon sharks. - SNakepit
