And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Most any magnifying instrument you can carry on person is a gamechanger. What really helps is a nearby fixed object you can rest against when you peer through it - image is far more crisp. I am amazed at many mobile phone cameras nowadays. Not only magnify but taking a photo of it as well.
If you need to use a binocular and don't have something to steady it on . . . put your right hand on your left shoulder, take the optic in your left hand, and rest the bino on your bent right elbow. (Or switch hands, if you prefer.) Helps quite a bit.
