And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

US Air Force video shows the eye of Hurricane Melissa, and the "Stadium Effect". Amazing. I would love to be on that flight.
You'd surely love to be there for that moment, but the ride in and the ride out through the hurricane eye wall are...interesting. Videos of those flights lead me to believe the best way to experience them is from the comfort of your living room, but YMMV.
Yes, but I bet they'd have to bank to stay inside it for long. They'd run out of clear air in seconds in level flight at normal speeds, and stooging around inside the eye near stall speed wouldn't be very bright.
Big question. Did they drop a load of dry ice on it?
