And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? In my 34 years of experience, there are about half a dozen airports which should be plowed under, re-designed and rebuilt somewhere else. This airport, St. Marteen, is one of them. The margin of safety is razor thin, and they operate only through exceptional skill and no small amount of luck. It shouldn't be this way.
