And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Drones v. Shotguns. He's consistently shooting behind it. Lead your target
Seen a lot of Russian shootdown V-clips, not all but more so using the IZHMAS/SAGA 12, one dude is so good at hitting drones, he uses his issue AKM rifle with only iron sights.
Seconds from death and shooting from the back of a moving vehicle, this soldier remains calm and focused on the task at hand. A true warrior and survivor. A true life and death situation most armchair quarterbacks can be thankful they will never have to face.
Butt, beak, BOOM! But that probably works better on clays and other things that don't change direction abruptly.
ReplyDeleteDid he hit an electrical power line transformer?

ReplyDeleteHe needs to practice on dove's then go to Wood ducks, when he gets good on those drones won't be a problem.
ReplyDeletedon't forget teal.
DeleteSkeet shooters needed. Or bird hunters.
ReplyDeleteTrap shooters also! aim in front of the target.
Deleteit seems one of his shots crippled the drone, it went off course and detonated on the wooded bank.

Actually the last few shots appeared too hurried for me. Panic shooting but I wasn't there so ...
DeleteI think those would be more predictable than a dove.
ReplyDeleteThe stakes in this situation are a LOT higher than when shooting clays, doves or geese. Might make it a bit more difficult.
ReplyDeleteComing soon to a CW here. Stay frosty!
ReplyDeleteWe have (most of the arms and the other side doesn’t know which terlit to use, so there’s that.
Years ago when we toured the USS Alabama in Mobile, there was a saying scratched into an anti-aircraft gun "Lead, Dammit, Lead!"
