And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? Very, very easy to fry the brakes coming down that kind of grade. Should stop when you smell them and let them cool, or you'll convert your bike into airplane mode. Yes, I have some experience: there is a grade near me that goes from 1200' to 4600' in about four miles.
If not the gravity/flesh/gravel equation will get the job done…
