  1. As a Christmas present, had a plastic glow in the dark version of Reddy, his lightning bolt section was the glow part. I thought it was pretty cool, first glow in the dark toy i'd seen. Probably a collectors item today of certain value, think mostly because Boston Edison gave them out and my grandad worked in Edison's lab his entire career there. He was awarded many honors be the company and personally from Edison himself. Grand dad had all sorts of experimental electrical artifacts around the house, bout all I remember about that.

  2. A local tavern in Gambier, Ohio, (home of Kenyon College), had an enameled metal outdoor sign of Freddy, which they had scavenged someplace and kept behind the bar. It disappeared a number of years ago when the tavern changed hands.
