I would have a little more confidence in it if it had outriggers to stabilize it. Although, if it can be accurate from a pitching Ship, it can probably handle a Truck suspension.

The reason that NAZI Germany is referred to as a Fascist entity is due to a label change in late WW2 by the MSM and other socialists. They got annoyed that the NAZI's were giving socialism a bad name, so an extensive push was developed to re-name them. Seems to have worked fairly well.
Everyone's overlooking the obvious. The truck couldn't haul more than 500 rounds or so, so it's got about half a dozen 1 second bursts, and it's empty.
Put it on an 18-wheeler, or maybe a dump truck/cement mixer chassis, and you might have something there. :)
