And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Remember your first look under the hood of one? I laughed at how tiny the air cooled engines the are. But they went pretty decent. Well built, if kind of an ugly vehicle, but beauty is in the eye if the beholder as they say.
I worked on the NJ Turnpike back in the mid 60's. I remember they'd come in and get a precise amount of gas and adding a quart of non-detergent oil to the gas tank.
