  2. Light weight all titanium hot rod attack sub made to do one thing and thats to go fast. They are welded together in a building filled with argon and everyone working in it wears a kind of space suit so they don't suffocate.

  3. They subsequently built a steel version, for cheapness. I think this is the latter. Looks rusty.

    1. I see that, did they make the non pressure aspects, like the conning tower out if steel but the rest in Titanium?

      Read last year they started up the shop producing new ones. Pretty cool video of the huge they rotate the frame so the welders aren't out of position, makes fir better quality of welds that way. Figuring the Russians, they never throw any weapon away, and remember their wars and experiences and like the pragmatic folks they be, really great at improvisational upgrades which fit with the technological advancements in modern warfare. They really think different than the west. They got them some very interesting high tech weapons lately.

  6. They were coming in to service just as i was getting out. A lot of rumors of their capabilities as I remember.
