And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

When I was in 4th grade, my father, a career Air Force officer, was assigned to the Armed Forces Staff College in Norfolk, VA. During our time there, the held an International Naval Review. Navy ships from all over the world were there. One ship that my dad took us on for a VIP tour, was the USS Wisconsin. When we got to the ship's captain's chair, I grabbed the microphone and pushed the talk button and said, "Now heart this! Now hear this!" Everyone gasped and looked my way. I just smiled and handed the mic to a sailor standing there.

Colts Neck sits in the heart of New Jersey’s horse farming region and is only 20 minutes away from the famed Jersey Shore. Leonardo is located on Sandy Hook Bay overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the New York skyline“
It's amazing how much diplomacy can be accomplished by being able to heave a 2000 lb shell 25 miles inland. Kind of makes you sit up and take notice. It's one of the reasons that the US was so paranoid on the west coast in the early days of WWII as a fair bunch of the population lived within 10 miles of the coast. The Yamamoto would have had a field day. And the next day would have been a smoking hulk. Would have made a nice artificial reef.
