Nvidia CEO Blown Away After Musk Sets Up 100,000 GPUs In 19 Days

Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang on Elon Musk :

“Never been done before – xAI did in 19 days what everyone else needs one year to accomplish. That is superhuman – There's only one person in the world who could do that – Elon Musk is singular in his understanding of engineering.”

I had no idea Musk was doing something like this.

Then again, catching giant rocket ships with chopsticks - check! Dominating the electric car market - check. Satellite swarms in orbit - check. Purchase Twitter, fire 80% of the staff, restore free speech and see it thrive - check. Make yourself the richest man in the world - check! 10 kids - check!

The dude is truly something else.

  1. Catching that rocket was one of the greatest engineering feats in all of history. Simply incredible.

  2. He just might be the Thomas Edison of our time. Cheap electricity & electric lights extended the workday and expanded the Industrial Revolution. Who knows what might come out of this time line with Elon Musk?

    1. Edison? He’s a Tesla!!

    2. If someone steals your Tesla car, does it become an Edison?

    3. You see? If you take the time to put in a name then we could credit the owner of that witty remark!
...become an Edison, that's good. Stealing it.

    4. Edison. Crook. Musk, not so much.

  3. Humanity is fortunate that Musk is a benign genius and not an evil one...

  4. Be careful in your adulation of Musk. I am right there in the front line to praise the absolutely amazing things his leadership has been able to accomplish, but the note of his '10 kids' is not something to be overlooked.

Any man who has this many kids through multiple women is a moral reprobate. A moral degenerate. Don't overlook this very real fact in a man that is as powerful as Musk has become. Tesla is child's play. SpaceX and Starlink are something entirely different.

I commend him for his achievements, but one must also consider his moral standing, soberly.

    1. Nothing wrong with adding some good characteristics to the gene pool.
Contrast that to what Jamal the "entrepreneur" (dope dealer) leaves behind from his dozen babymommas for us to support.

    2. Handy, it's not the ten kids per se, it's how it was done. Bouncing from woman to woman is not seen as virtuous.

In this regard, Elon is no different than your Jamal.

My thoughts on Elon the man is he is extraterrestrial, or resultant thereof. Them who sent him are morally divergent. That's why they're dying out and have to off world selected entities.

Not only the string of astonishing accomplishments, but that they are five or ten steps ahead in technological development. How do you explain that?

    3. Rick, I'm right there with you, but that knowledge is definitely not "out here", (((They))) could be dangerous if you successfully expand the Overton Window into unapproved areas of awareness. Hopefully, there are so many waking up these days, that we are WAY down on priority, in the "Lists".
      Take care out there.

  5. I love what he is capable of doing, however, there are many people out there who, if they had his kind of money could do exactly what he is. He does not answer to a Board of Directors or anyone else, and being the world's richest person goes a long way to getting things done. When was the last time you were able to say I don't care make it happen, I don't care what it costs. Again I respect him and what he has achieved but, money, money, money!

  6. I don't trust him. He says all the right things, then pushes these retarded electric virtue signal vehicles. Dresses up as Satan's champion. Launches a monopoly in space and threatens to eliminate his competition rather than promote a free market on land that he couldn't compete in.

    3. LOL why does the meme of crabs in a bucket pulling back down any crab that tries to climb out come to mind.

And given Medical Assistance In Dying I'd not brag about being Canandian.

    4. Srsly? Launches a monopoly on space? No he didn't. SpaceX was/is total underdog and Musk made it what it is. He does that by hiring truly outstanding and talented people and firing the dross. The space industry was ULA. You remember who ULA are don't you? And by the by, nobody in a competitive business that sees the bulk of its investment come from government needs to spend even a second trying to perfect some mythical competitor, that's what the damned bureaucracy is doing all by its stupid self. Just look at NASA and Boeing.

    5. Oh, and I want to add those stupid dolts were using and going to keep using Russian rocket motors because they're too damned stupid to design and make their own and did that for decades until Congress told them to knock it off. NASA, ULA and Boeing need a Starship rammed up their ass for incompetence and stupidity and Musk just happened to be standing around when people woke up to the monopoly NASA and government had created.

    6. Bad news. EVs are going to become the primary means of transportation for most activities even without the government bigfooting around in the market with mandates, and Tesla is oriented to succeed in that market, with or without mandates and incentives. EVs are simpler, more energy efficient, and ultimately cheaper and easier to maintain. ICE vehicles are where horses and mules were 100 years ago when Ford and the Model T arrived. Today it’s Tesla and the Model Y.

SpaceX’s “monopoly” on space launches is because no one else has put together the package that SpaceX has. They don’t waste time trying to stop others, they just focus on the next big leap forward. The crab in the bucket trying to pull the other back in is Blue Origin with its lawsuits. BO sues to put up roadblocks to SpaceX. SpaceX sues to get road blocks (like the California Coastal Commission) out of the way. SpaceX doesn’t even patent its stuff because Elon believes others should pick up their work and use it to advance. He’s told his company they are going to compete on being smarter and harder working than anyone else. Marketshare is not a goal, it’s the byproduct of being better and cheaper than everyone else.

Elon has a lot of power, and that can be scary, but he’s using it to advance humans, preserve free speech, stamp out the woke mental illness, he’s even a 2A advocate now. It’s long been said a conservative is a liberal who got mugged, and he seems to have seen the light. That should be celebrated.

    7. Nah. The future's hydrogen. Global sales of EVs are down and all the major motor manufacturers are investing heavily in hydrogen power development. Toyota are leading the way.

  7. Big Elon fan after reading the recent biography on him. He says that he is determined to kill the woke mind virus. I believe he will, and for that we would owe him gratitude.

  8. Sure, he might be dangerous. But is he Bill Gates dangerous?
And can his empire survive a Harris-Walz administration. Remember, Elon will be right in their sights and payback will be the order of the da.

  10. Quite a few very wet panties in the comments! The thought of Musk, his phallic rockets and 10 kids by God knows how many women makes some people very lustful.

On a side note, I thought this was a blog for alpha men... quite a few betas here

  12. Musk has 12 kids. One passed away so 11. This includes triplets and twins. Six with his first wife and the rest between two girl friends. The guy is a towering figure in our American story...we wouldnt have a space program without him. I think some of his dreams are stupid such as autonomous cars (tort lawyers will kill it) and going to Mars (what of value is there?). But, man, Im a huge fan!
