  4. There's actually a condition called "flat head" caused by spinning on your head. Saw a story about that last week.

  5. Note he lands on his upper arm and rolls into the fall. Most people will try and land on their wrist and immediately break it.

    1. One of the most valuable things I learned during my short youthful stint doing martial arts was the proper way to fall.

  6. I hauled lumber to L.A. for a couple of winters back in the late '70s. Being a county kid, the traffic and rude drivers made my head spin. When I'd get back home after a day and a half run I felt just like that guy above as I'd attempt to unwind. It would take a couple of hours before I'd feel 'normal' again.

    Good luck in L.A., CW.

    1. Traffic wasn't bad at all on the 405 until about Wilshire Blvd. Then, stop and go. But that's LA. It's LA, baby!!

    2. If you made it down and back in a day, you're as bad as I was. From the minute I'd hit Castaic, all I wanted to do was get dumped and get back to Castaic again to some semblance of sanity. L.A. was nuts, even 45 years ago.

  8. I’ve always been pretty good at falling. It’s a gift I suppose
