And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Friday Open Road On Saturday, Because I Was On The Open Road Most Of The Day Friday
For the life of me I cannot believe how each successive "Open Road" photo essay gets better and better. I really like the images with all of the dogs and those tunnels are truly amazing. THANK YOU!!!
All is forgiven, you have to understand our addiction and we didn't get our normal fix. Withdrawal is a stone cold witch... This is much like Wood Pile Report.
Love #5 with the quizzical dog in Monument Valley. The next to last photo looks like a part of Canyon de Chelly, perhaps near Spider Rock. All are beautiful, thanks CW!

ReplyDeleteWhy did they paint the track rails pink anyway?
Come on Skipper! The shiny rails are reflecting the pink sunset (sunrise?).

ReplyDeleteI was amazed at how much I missed this yesterday, weird how habits develop.
ReplyDeleteAnd awesome as usual, love all the dogs!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteShould have figured you were busy, won't be as impatient next time.
ReplyDeleteWalking, driving or riding through tunnels is neat. The longer the better.
ReplyDeleteWhere's Larry Larry?
ReplyDeleteI was out of town. I'm here now. What a great F.O.R.!
DeleteI don't know, but it's not the same without him! Larry, Larry......where are you, dude?
