And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Just bought a set of five. Scott Wadsworth’s discussion on Essential Craftsman convinced me. I still have my Channel Lock pliers, but they get used less and less.
When Texas first legalized concealed carry, I knew a guy that carried 3 guns all the time. And if you stood still long enough, he'd detail out all the different scenarios where he'd need a different gun, or maybe need all three guns, or maybe want a choice of what gun to use, and so on and so forth. Not only was he an idiot, he was a dangerous idiot. I feel the same about people posting their EDC with 3 or more knives. WTH, I've gone 60 years without needing more than the one non-locking non-tactical plain jane folder I normally carry.
Someone cleaning out the kitchen "junk" drawer?
ReplyDeleteMust wear a bandolier to carry all that stuff.
ReplyDeleteEDC for the man-bun set: where's the gun?
ReplyDeleteWay more knives than you need.
ReplyDeleteKnipex pliers: best in the world
