And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Insanely close call
It looks like someone fell out of the van. Look at the bicyclist's feet after the van rolls by.
No that's a kid that the guy on the bike stopped to talk to. It is setting on something in the median just before impact. His(bike rider) first reaction is to turn and start for the body on the ground. Also the guy on the scooter never looks toward the wreck. He also looks at the person on the ground. From the size I'd guess a small child. Looks like a neck breaker. I'd also guess it as a KIA. The driver flops out of the van as it stops rolling. High probability of a second KIA. Guy on the bike appears to have a fractured leg and is so pumped over the kid he can't feel it. But if you look close....Bad day all around. BTW the bike has a kid carrier on the back, and they are next to a play ground. He is putting down the kick stand at impact. The kid is around the right size to be a 5 year old. IMO the bike is daddy come to give him/her a ride home..-----Ray
If he couldn't tap dance before he can now.
