And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

That's not a float plane! Dig that wheel in any more and you might be all in the drink.
I saw a video of a pilot doing the same thing, but with both wheels. I asked a pilot friend about it and he said that at that speed, the water's just like land. If there's no wind to make waves, it's just another "touch and go" with a longer rollout.
