Must be an Irish fish

Now that's a lurid color.  I like it.  Maybe I will put the act of catching a bright green fish like this on my bucket list.

Is the meat that color?  I wonder if it's edible.

  1. It's Dorado, Mahi Mahi, or Dolphin. (not the mammal)

  2. Mahi-Mahi, people on the Gulf of Mexico call it Dolphin. The meat is white and flakey and delicious.

    1. That's it! My job is now to research, plan and schedule a trip to catch one of these amazing fish. Then, I'm going to cook it as many different ways as I can think up, and enjoy it three times: the anticipation and planning, the actual trip and catch, and finally, the feasts. YOLO!

    2. Mahi-Mahi is one of the best eating fish on the planet - right up there with Chilean Sea Bass and Monkfish.
