  5. It would have kept its color with kerosene and linseed oil sprayed on it. I personally like off road diesel instead of kerosene because it has a red dye that really makes cedar look great

  6. For the neophytes, the first ones nailed up are the dark ones on the lower right. It's all in the layout, before the first piece is put up.
