And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

If that were my daughter, I'd be having a stern talk with her about risk management
Two things come immediate to mind: hope the rope isn't too long, and I would imagine that harness was a bit uncomfortable when the end of the rope was reached.
Somehow brings to mind the young lady thrown to her death off a bridge a few months back down in South America. Supposed to swing but nobody attached the rope.
