And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
just had grits w/cheese, bacon, and sausage topped with a barely poached egg. Anybody; what's that liquidity stuff in the small glass? And save the flan for after supper...maybe with strawberries & whipped cream.
Not sure where this composition comes from. Having worked in 57 countries and lived in and out of hotels for 40 years, never seen a "flan" presented for breakfast, much less square American bread toast presented with butter and sausage teasers on top or hard boiled eggs. I suspect this is totally AI created balderdash. Mind, it could taste good, but not reality.
This is clearly from Japan. They like to eat sweet red bean paste (the brown lump) and butter on a thick, square piece of toast for a "western style" breakfast. A piece of toast, and egg, and a little yogurt would be typical of such breakfasts. The flan is not outside of the realm of possibility for a cute breakfast meant to appeal to women.
lady grub
ReplyDelete(no bacon)

ReplyDeleteYUMMY!!!
ReplyDeleteNicely arranged. Pleases the eye. But not for me. What's in the little pot and the glass? Nothing wrong with a full boat English breakfast IMHO.
ReplyDeletewhere's the meat ?
ReplyDeleteWhat's the brown, turd looking thing on top of the toast?
