And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

These pictures of spem whales were taken by Dr. Peter Allinson off the coast of Dominica, who says he spends four days to a week trying to photograph the animals. Divers only use snorkels when swimming with the whales, so as not to disturb them with air bubbles from scuba tanks.
Got a tooth from one when i was 6, its a beauty, solid ivory, came from a beached whale, family friend who made scrimshaw gave it to me. They are huge teeth, one I got is 8 inches long, 2-1/2 at its thickest. He had larger, beer can size, lot of little ones, they were the whitest and least stained. Its a huge fish tell you that much.
