And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Scots soccer fans get a Boston police officer to show them how it's done, and love it
Proper policing! He spoke later about the keepie uppie, and the beer drenching his uniform. It's all a laugh when the Tartan Army is about. Other cops also joined in elsewhere. That part of the world is now called West Scotland, and football has been discovered at last. Maybe the MLS will now be regarded as worthwhile.
