  2. I keep thinking the same thing for my wood stove, but it was 32 degrees this morning! Guess I'll keep the firewood bin full for a bit longer.

      And the older a guy gets, the later in Spring a guy keeps the ingredients for a fire handy.

  3. If I owned that thing I'd break it down to base level and scour every millimeter then put it back together with all new gaskets and whatever replacement parts were necessary. Be a fun, but durty, project. Maybe install some water jackets on the sides.

  5. It's 87 degrees outside right now. We had 3 weeks cold weather this past winter and that included a 4" snowfall that occurs about every 50 years.
