    1. Can't agree with that. A Cajun made a meal for us and I had a mouth full of something that didn't taste right and had odd texture just before hearing "See I told you they would eat gizzard

    3. Fried livers and gizzards, with my dad's cream gravy poured on top.
      My dad was the gravy king - cream, redeye, brown, he could make it all.

    4. Livers and Gizzards were the Monday night special at the ol' Kentucky Fried Chicken! (No to be confused with the rebranded KFC.) It sucked trying to make the livers, they would break half the time. And no hearts! If a case of livers turned up with added hearts, back it went.

  3. Lee Famous Recipe Chicken still has liver and gizzards on the menu, I go for that every time with their noodles and coleslaw.
