And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I did the ejection seat training at Ft Rucker, Was NOT fun. When that charge goes off under your butt and you shoot up. Sheese! Yes,,,,I was sore for a couple of days.
Firstly, that this photo exists makes me about 95% certain that this was a planned ejection.....maybe a test for something. In a sequenced ejection the back-seater would go first as we see here. But it appears to me that the rear canopy did not open and that the back-seater has ejected through the canopy. For me, this adds up to putting a crash-test dummy in the back seat to see the results of an ejection through the canopy.
And away we go!
ReplyDeleteheckuva way to get earn flight pay.
ReplyDeleteHey, there's a loose wire back here. Lemme see where it-->BANG!<
