And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Cooked chicken for a house full of people yesterday and used this stuff, both kinds. The verdict was unanimous. It was good.
I have been unaware of a Washington, D.C. style anything when it comes to food, except for my beloved cheesesteak sandwich. Philly style steak, swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo, and grilled onions. I've seen it in some delis in the region advertised as a Washington Cheesesteak. One of my favorite sandwiches.
