And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

ReplyDeleteThrow it down on the gravel driveway and hose it down then get on it with a stiff brush and saddlesoap over the whole thing.
Then rinse it good and hang it in the direct sun for at least 3 days and nights.
Then mop it down with mink oil and hang it back in the sun for 3 days and nights.
NOW it's ready to go to work.
