Bugatti 35C, I think. The shaft from the cam box is driving the magneto which is mounted on the rear of the firewall. The driver adjusts the ignition timing by rotating the magneto. The pulley above the steering column is belt driven by the magneto shaft and spins the tachometer. Al_in_Ottawa
