And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
While I was actively scuba diving, I dove several wrecks. I never really liked being in and around them. The "scariest" time was the ship graveyard off of Cape Hatteras, NC. As a side note: There is a WW-2 German U-boat resting on the ocean floor.
One of my favorite dive wrecks is the SS Vermillion. It is a Navy supply ship sunk off Georgetown, SC as an artificial reef. The wreck is intact, upright, deck depth 70 feet, keel at 130. Clear water and endless schools of fish.
