  1. Nice. The best sounding guitars look like they never get put down.

  2. That's some abuse right there. How in the world do you get a hole in a guitar? Constant ring finger placement? Pleez.

I have 3 guitars, 27, 31, and 43 years old and all have been played thousands of hours. Even the oldest one (the one I play the most, a Harmony Marquis black 6 string) looks brand new compared to those abused ones.

    2. Yes I have seen it. Doesn't answer my question.

    3. I don't play, but I'll use my first car as an example: A 72 dodge, 318 engine. I ran the crap outta it, wrecked it a couple times.
Had I taken care of it or babied it, maybe I'd still have it, but then I wouldn't have enjoyed driving it like I did.
Not saying one way's better than the other, it's just the way people play.

  3. Guitar on the left is a classical - nylon strings, thin top, no pickguard. Someone played it with a pick (like Willie) and it eventually wore through the top.
