The rule I use is that that word, and others like it, stay off the blog unless, as here, I judge that the content is more appealing and worthwhile, than the relative offensiveness of how the word appears in context. This is an example where the offensive word is peripheral and easy to ignore, as opposed to the attractiveness of the content. In general you'll rarely see it, and likely never in the main content at hand, and on the occasions you do, this is the test that's been applied.
